The S2.5A is an active studio monitor made by ADAM Audio and part of the maker's S-Series range. It is built for studio monitoring and was sold as a self-powered monitor.
The maker no longer produces it and lists it among archived products. The recommended successor is the ADAM S2V nearfield monitor. The S-Series line has been linked by the maker to several industry recognitions, including a Sound On Sound award for Best New Studio Monitor, an Audiofanzine Innovation Award, a DJ Mag Star Product mention and a TEC Award nomination.
A user manual for the S2.5A is available from the maker. The archived listing gives no technical figures such as driver sizes, power output, frequency range or connector types, so check the manual for those details before buying.
