Vertex III SB-VJ41S

The SB-VJ41S is a passive soundbar that splits sound into left, center and right channels. The dedicated center channel is intended to keep dialogue clear, while the left and right channels handle the wider soundstage for films and music. It uses three JET Air Motion Transformer tweeters, which extend response beyond 50 kHz, together with four woofers built with an aluminum sandwich cone and a crystal-shaped surface.

The cabinet is a slim, low-profile design with a magnetic black grill and a Satin Black finish. A wall mount is included. After installation, the bracket allows about 2 inches of left and right adjustment so the bar can be centered under a television.

As a passive design, it needs an external amplifier and connects through metal push-type binding posts. Nominal impedance is 6 ohms, sensitivity is 86 dB at 2.83 V/1 m, and maximum power input is 100 watts. Passive radiators support the low end, with a stated response down to 65 Hz.
