Spin! 2

Spin! 2 is a timecode DJ package made up of a compact USB 2.0 interface with a 4x4 sound card, Spin! 2 software and control media. The interface has switchable line and phono inputs on RCA, a phono pre-amp with grounding screw for a turntable, and a combination socket for a microphone with phantom power for condenser mics. A direct monitoring function allows latency-free monitoring, and thru outputs let the DJ switch between timecode and real vinyl.

The software offers three playback modes (Classic Spin, Advanced Spin, Jog Spin), album artwork display, a library and list organizer, six marks per track, seamless beat loops and manual looping with reloop. Mixing aids include Master Tempo, a BPM counter, a beat match view with four-four beat bar, key mode pitch adjustment and a Juggle function that loads and syncs the track on the opposite deck. Three master effects (Flanger, Delay, Filter) are included, and external hardware controllers can be mapped with MIDI Learning.

The interface connects to the computer over USB 2.0 with ASIO drivers for low latency, and ships with two timecode records, two timecode CDs, RCA and USB cables and a mains adapter. The model is listed by the maker as discontinued.
