The BRH441M-LC is a single-sided intercom headset from Shure. It uses a dynamic microphone, which Shure says gives natural, highly intelligible voice reproduction. The model is listed as discontinued, so it mostly matters to users who maintain existing intercom or broadcast headset setups.
The headset shares replaceable parts with other Shure broadcast headsets. Replacement temple pads, ear pads (sold as a pair) and microphone windscreens are offered as separate accessories, so worn parts can be swapped without replacing the whole headset.
Cabling is handled by optional cable assemblies with Neutrik connectors. The listed options are male XLR, female XLR, a plain XLR assembly, a 6.3mm assembly, and a long XLR / 6.3mm assembly. The same cables also fit the BRH440M and BRH50M headsets.
