The AVR-S570BT is a 5.2-channel AV receiver with five discrete power amplifiers, rated at 70 W per channel into 8 ohms (20 Hz–20 kHz, 0.08%, 2-channel drive). It decodes Dolby Digital, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and also offers multichannel stereo, Pure Direct and a Compressed Audio Restorer for lossy music sources.
Video handling covers four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output with eARC, HDCP 2.3, 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz pass-through, 8K upscaling, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HLG, VRR, QFT and ALLM for gaming. Auto speaker setup uses a supplied-microphone routine, and a setup assistant with visual step-by-step instructions guides first-time installation. Quick Select Plus stores favorite settings.
For music, the receiver has built-in Bluetooth, a front USB port, an AM/FM tuner, and playback of high-resolution files up to 192 kHz/24-bit plus DSD 2.8/5.6 MHz. Two subwoofer outputs, two optical inputs, one coaxial input and two analog inputs handle other sources. It can be controlled with the supplied RC-1254 remote or the Denon 500 Series Remote app.
