The pedal builds its sound from a swarm of short digital delay lines. These can be gathered close together into cavernous reverb or pulled apart into scattered ping-pong style delays. Seven controls shape the result: Length (decay), Diffuse (sharp early reflections to washy ambience), Dampen (bright to dark), Drag (spacing of the delay lines), Reflect (regeneration, which can self-oscillate), Mix, and a small Mode control. The Mix control lowers the dry level as it is raised, giving the impression of a fully wet reverb, although the signal never goes fully wet.

The Drag control works in nine modes, shown by the LED colour: unquantized, unquantized with slew, unquantized volt/octave, and quantized 1V/octave settings for chromatic, minor, major (Lydian), pentatonic, octaves and fifths, and octaves. Drag can be controlled by an expression pedal or 0-5 V CV through the side EXP jack. A 50k expression pedal reaches the full range of each mode, though a standard 10k pedal also works.

The footswitch uses Flexi-Switch, so it supports both latching and momentary use. Bypass is electronic and buffered, so the pedal needs power to pass signal. It runs from a 9 V DC supply with a 2.1 mm negative-centre barrel. Artwork is by Matt Horak, and the maker gives a limited lifetime warranty.
