UNO Synth is a compact monophonic synthesizer with a fully analog signal path: two oscillators with variable waveshape, a noise generator, a 2-pole OTA-based resonant filter (low-pass, high-pass, band-pass) and a dual-stage overdrive. An LFO with seven waveforms can modulate pitch, filter, amplitude and oscillator shape. A self-tuning circuit keeps the oscillators in tune.
Over 40 front-panel controls and an LED display give direct access to the engine. The unit ships with 100 presets (80 of them rewritable), each stored with its own arpeggio and sequence. A 27-note multi-touch keyboard works chromatically or in one of 13 scales. Playing aids include a 10-mode, 4-octave arpeggiator, a 16-step sequencer that records up to 20 parameters per step, a tempo-synced delay and five performance modulations (Dive, Scoop, Vibrato, Wah, Tremolo).
It connects through USB MIDI and 2.5 mm MIDI In/Out (cables included), and an audio input lets another device, such as a drum machine, be chained through it without a mixer. A separate Mac/PC/iOS editor, available as a plug-in or standalone app, exposes deeper settings such as full ADSR envelopes. Power comes from 4 AA batteries or USB, and the unit weighs 400 g.
