Z2 Pro

The Z2PRO is an on-camera flash with a round head and 76Ws output. It offers TTL auto exposure, manual power from 1/1 to 1/256, high-speed sync to 1/8000s and an auto/manual zoom of 28-105mm. A TCM shortcut key switches between TTL and manual with one press. The unit also has front and rear curtain sync, S1/S2 optical slave modes and flash exposure compensation. The head rotates 330° horizontally and tilts from -7° to 120°. Cooling is designed to hold output steady through 100 consecutive full-power flashes.

Power comes from a 7.2V/3000mAh lithium battery rated for 600 full-power flashes, with a recycle time of 1.5s. Flash duration runs from 1/350s to 1/20000s. Two 2W LED modeling lights give a 3300K preview in 10 brightness steps. The Type C port charges the battery in about 2.5 hours and is also used for firmware updates.

The built-in 2.4G wireless system covers 32 channels and 99 IDs over a range of up to 100m. As a master it controls 4 groups (M/A/B/C). As a slave it responds to 5 groups (A/B/C/D/E) from QZ-C transmitters. It can also work with the Godox 2.4G X system through the RX COMPAT menu, and it supports the Sekonic L-858D light meter through the RT-GX module. The Q and X systems cannot be used at the same time. Versions are made for Canon, Nikon, Sony and Fujifilm hot shoes, and the head takes Bowens-mount accessories through an adapter bracket.
