CLARITY M STEREO is a stand-alone desktop meter that gathers loudness, true-peak, downmix, correlation and RTA readings on a single 7-inch high-resolution LCD. It includes the LM6 Loudness Radar, a vector scope, a Balance-O-Meter for left/right balance, and loudness statistics that also reflect micro and macro dynamics. It is stated as compliant with ITU BS.1770-4, ATSC A/85, EBU R128, TR-B32 and OP-59.
The unit accepts stereo 96 kHz AES3 on 75 Ohm BNC connectors, S/PDIF through a supplied RCA adapter, and stereo optical (TOSLink) input. A USB connection lets it work with a computer so that VST, Audio Units and AAX plug-in metering can run alongside a DAW such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro or Nuendo. Optional adapters allow standard AES/EBU connection.
An integrated stand suits desktop use. A pair of mounting holes is compatible with RAM-Mounts for wall or ceiling attachment, and a suction cup and a tough-claw mic stand mount are available separately.
